Graham Nickless acts as a data controller for the personal information we process on our own behalf, and as a data processor for personal information we process based on the instructions of you or another third party who provides us personal information.

What type of data might we hold about you?

We may retain your personal information for a period of time, the length of which will depend on the purpose for which we originally collected the information, the instructions of a controller when we act as a processor, and/or our requirements to comply with applicable laws.
